Northern Governor Meets Water Authority CEO, Promises to Expand Services
The Acting Governor of Northern State, Mr. Abdeen Awadallah, met this morning in his office with the Director General of the National Water and Sanitation Authority, Engineer Abdel Nasser Ahmed.
During the meeting, the state governor was briefed on the progress of the work and the functioning of the authority.
He also reviewed water problems in the towns of Dongola, Karima, Merowe, Al-Dabba and Halfa.
Rehabilitation needs of handling and pumping pumps and conveyor lines,
The state governor stressed the interest of the state government in the issues of service development within the Water Authority.
Stressing the importance of concerted efforts and working to solve this problem and provide clean water to citizens.
