Northern Governor Abdeen Awadallah reviewed his office when he met with Secretary General of Livestock, Fisheries and Pastures Dr. Al-Tayeb Habibullah in the presence of Director General of the Ministry of Finance and of Labor and the state trade commissioner, discussed the obstacles facing the livestock sector in the state.

The meeting discussed the comparative advantages of the livestock sector in the state, given that it is free from animal diseases and has become the first state to export livestock and fisheries.

He pointed out that the governor briefed them on the obstacles facing the livestock sector, and stressed that the infrastructure of the camel export quarry in Dongola will be developed and the sheep export quarry in Al-Dabba locality will be developed and established after the completion of its mandate. procedures, which he says will be a crucible for livestock exports. He stressed that there would be value addition to livestock in the coming days.

The General Secretary of Livestock, Fisheries and Grazing said the governor had directed his support to the sector and highlighted that the state is home to most of the highly productive and productive goats, emphasizing the continued support of families with means of animal production.

Small producers and investors said that in the near future, self-sufficiency in animal products will be achieved and the return on exports will be tangible until the livestock sector is advanced.
