Northern Governor Praises Efforts of Egyptian Consul in Halfa
The Acting Governor of the Northern State, Mr. Abdeen Awadallah, appreciated the great role played by the Ambassador of Sudan to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Consul Ahmed Fawzi, in the city of Halfa, in strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries in all fields.
He highlighted the facilities provided by the consulate in the humanitarian field and facilitating the entry of goods since the beginning of the war in Sudan, which contributed to improving the chances of stability of citizens and its concrete roles on the ground.

The Northern Governor praised the role of the Egyptian Consulate in Halfa and its response to mitigate the impact of floods and rains in Halfa and help the affected people.
He called on Ambassador Ahmed Fawzi to continue his efforts aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries through its new location and opening broader horizons for cooperation between the peoples of the Nile Valley.
