Northern Interior Minister: There is no time or consolation for those affected by the fall – the edge of the sword – ✍️ Muhammad Al-Sadiq

Major General (M) Khalil Pasha Sairin, Minister of Interior and Chairman of the National Civil Defense Council, visited the Northern State on Sunday, accompanied by a number of departments of the ministry. This is to determine the effects of the destruction and loss of lives caused by the rains, torrents and floods. From the airport to the state presidency, the minister participated in a joint meeting with the state government headed by Mr. Abdeen Awadallah, and the minister listened to a report on the effects resulting from the losses caused by the torrents and rain. The governor demanded that Dongola airport be used to receive humanitarian aid. After the meeting, the minister made a statement in which he said that the extent of the damage caused by the torrents and rains required federal intervention. He also indicated that the purpose of the visit was to determine the needs of the state and the assistance required.

0 Mr. Minister, after the end of the joint meeting and the statements he made, he left the state without even recording a single field visit to the area closest to the affected areas, reminding him (he who has seen is not like him who has heard), that is, the minister comes from the plane and for the plane.

0 It is known that Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, President of the Sovereign Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, preceded the minister with a field visit to several regions devastated by the autumn rains, torrents and floods. The minister therefore had to prepare to meet all the necessary needs of the state. However, unfortunately, he had the honor of the state to listen to a report from the Supreme Committee for Autumn Emergency Situations and return to the ministry or for another working meeting, and he may not have accompanied him on the visit with the director of civil defense. as a specialized authority that requires accompaniment and presence during such visits. Moreover, the minister who left quickly did not speak at a press conference and was content with a brief statement after the meeting on Al-Shamalia television.

0 In short, the Interior Minister's visit to the North did not have time to visit any region or to present his condolences to those affected by the fall.

0 I learned from our sources that the Minister of the Interior made a donation of (50 billion) in support of the affected people, knowing that fifty billion is not enough to buy a hundred tents, much less food, medicines, clothes, etc., and rehabilitate roads and bridges.

0 Personally, if I were in the minister's shoes and did not have time to investigate the wrongs done to citizens and follow their tragedies, I would not bother to attend a report. Instead, I asked for the report while I was in my office. But what can I say when the minister knows that the current conditions in which people affected by the fall live make them lie on the ground and look to the sky, and that they do not have time to wait in the face of the continuing rains, the dangers that surround them and the diseases that have spread in the villages and towns?

And tomorrow, Sudan, you will grow up..

Stay higher and stay cooler

0 Tomorrow, God willing, we will continue if there is any remnant of life left. I swear there is no intention behind this.
