Northern State Governor Meets Al-Saleem Popular Committee Delegation, Section (3) East
The Governor of the Northern State, Mr. Abdeen Awadallah, met today in his office the delegation of the Popular Committee of Al-Salim region, section 3 East, in the presence of the Minister of Urban Planning, l engineer Khaled Musa, and the executive director of Dongola locality, Dr. Makkawi Al-Khair.
The delegation presented the basic services that the region needs, including the paving of the main street that supplies the eastern regions, as well as educational and health facilities that need maintenance and rehabilitation. The delegation explained that all institutions were built through popular effort, appealing to the population. the state government must remove all obstacles hindering the progress of works in the region.
His Excellency the Governor welcomed the delegation and reviewed the problems and obstacles faced by the people of the region.
One of the most important issues discussed was the paving of Al-Wazir Street, in addition to vital facilities in the area.

The governor ordered the Minister of Urban Planning and the executive director of Dongola locality to begin work next week, due to the importance of the geographical location of the region which supplies the state with agricultural crops.
In a related context, the Minister of Urban Planning confirmed that he had overcome the difficulties and immediately started practical measures as directed by the Governor of the Northern State.
