Organized, developed and efficient performance: the Nile Secretariat of the National Fund for the Welfare of Students. The pillars of administrative excellence are established by forming its executives to write reports

On the basis of the ambitious training plan adopted by the municipality of the Nile province of the National Fund for the well-being of students, this morning, the activities of the training course specializing in the field of “writing reports” were opened this morning, under the slogan: “organized, elaborate and effective performances”.

The opening of the course witnessed a high-level presence represented in honor of: Dr Hamdan Abdullah TERRAB, director of the General Planning and Project Department at the National Fund for the Welfare of Students; And His Excellency Colonel Aladdin Ibrahim Muhammad Al -Hajj, Director of Student Security at the General Secretariat; In addition to the leaders of the fund at the level of the General Secretariat and the State, and a group of trainees. The activities of the session were carried out by the generous sponsorship of Professor Ahmed Mohamed Hussein Keltos, the treasurer of the State, and the content of the course was presented, Dr. Da`allah Taha Al -Qaddal.

In his precious opening speech, Dr * Hamdan Abdullah Terab * examined the most important characteristics of the Fund Strategic Plan (2030), led by Secretary -General Dr Ahmed Hamza Al -Amin. He explained that this plan is based on the formulation of a vision and an updated message from the fund, supported by close strategic objectives aimed at developing various work mechanisms. He also pointed out that this ambitious vision is inspired by the pioneering inheritance of the fund in the field of administrative work and seeks to develop it according to scientific foundations and clear objectives that have been set by a group of management experts in Sudanese universities. He stressed that the vision sought to do the planning service for the general secretariat and that the States are the central organization which assumes the responsibilities of planning, organization, control and realization of great efficiency.

* The Director of the General Administration of Planning and Projects * praised the distinguished performance of the Municipality of the State of the Nile and its workstations, valuing the continuous interest of the secretariat in the training process and its fruitful efforts in order to raise the capacities of its employees. He urged participants in the course of investing in the optimal investment of his axes because of his greatest importance in the provision of precise and immediate information which helps them to make the right decisions and to achieve the desired success in their administrative careers.

For his part, the professor * Ahmed Mohamed Hussein Keltos * underlined the treasurer of the State, that the secretariat successfully implemented more than seven training courses and workshops targeting workers in the secretariat and residential complexes, in order to improve their expertise and exchange precious knowledge between workers and directors. He highlighted the great importance of this course in enrichment experiences and deepen understanding in the light of current challenges and the accommodation of state universities for more than fifty universities and private and private colleges. He also welcomed the growing role of all executives of the fund, who received a large estimate of universities and students due to the distinguished services provided.

* Keltos * revealed that the training plan for the previous year covered 60% of workers, confirming the determination of the company secretariat to train the remaining 40% during the current year, in addition to expanding the scope of workshops and specialized training courses targeting all the workers in the fund, in order to maintain the distinction of the State and the continuous improvement of the efficiency of workers. He reaffirmed the commitment of the fund to continue the complete administrative development process, maintain infrastructure and promote student services and activities.

At the start of the activities of the training course, Dr * Atef Hassan Othman *, director of human resources at the State Secretariat, presented a detailed presentation of the training plan for the year 2025, explaining that the reporting of reports targets the employees of the Executive Office of the Municipality of the State and the Nile and Berb group. Participants called for a positive and fruitful interaction with the content of the course, wishing that they achieve the desired objectives and excellence.
