For her part, Manal Dhina Hammad, director of the Sennar Health Department, said that the joint campaign to provide integrated nutrition services on the first day had reached a partial coverage rate of 14.2% and attributed this to the bad communication networks in certain localities and that the campaign targets children from the age of (6) to 59 months. To discover cases of malnutrition and give pregnant women of the fourth month, Fevoul pills are also given and children receive vitamin A and bandazole pills to protect worms.
Meanwhile, Mohamed Hassan Al -Badri, Director of the Health Promotion Department, said that health and media executives continue to promote the campaign in all localities until the end of the campaign, calling on citizens to respond to the campaign to do the nutritional and vaccination of children and said we are working to prepare companies
For his part, Sahar Amer, director of disease control, stressed the importance of the campaign, confirming the preparation of all the teams for the start of the campaign in all localities
