I am not always inclined towards the academic terminological definition of certain terms…as I rely on the related concepts which indicate the subject of a particular problem…the term and the term can become internalized for certain recipients and be linked to another meaning which takes it out of the context of the concept intended for the subject… and as this conceptual article is not theoretical. It is an academy taught in media schools, but it is a concept based on methods and paths that people commit to advance towards the alphabets that can achieve the goals of development, progress and growth. So I saw that development media have a role in political construction… and this political construction in its absolute and absolute form is a ceiling based on principles, foundations and ideas, so it is necessary. So these ABCs are pillars on which this political ceiling is built…pillars that depend on awareness and awareness, and there is no other way than the media to achieve this speech to achieve what we aim for. , which is a political building in which mutual rights and duties between governments and their societies are complete.
With this understanding, the media becomes absolutely linked to realizing and strengthening the discourse of the state in its efforts to establish and achieve human security linked to freedom of community movement towards development issues based on strategic security to achieve security strategies that safeguard the success of the particular development project. There is a big difference between talking about strategic security and security strategies. Perhaps the media is a tool that contains the political system due to its dynamism in activating the societal movement and training the masses towards the construction of public opinion, which is the capital of the political construction processes, this construction that extends to include the basic participatory and decision-making political bases, and it does not stop much at the same time being considered a “fertile placenta” for constructive and progressive political development. Thus, the development media and the political structure it establishes are considered a criterion of (the legitimacy of political authorities)… This is a dialectical relationship between the media and the development political structure. Therefore, I find it unlikely that political development can take place independently of the media, which is the place of transmission of information and (ideas and beliefs)… Perhaps all this represents a pyramid and a high building to know the rights. and duties for the well-being of the citizen for countries whose governments are transparent and devote their political discourse to directing their people towards political orientations according to the foundations of a pluralist democracy which strengthens national belonging.
