He graduated from the University of Khartoum in 1979 and completed his postgraduate studies in Paediatrics at the University of Liverpool in 1990. He is a seasoned administrator and on the family front he is the father of two daughters and two sons. He is found combining his successful professional life with his keen interest in his distinguished family.

He enjoys gardening and agricultural arts, which reflects his love for nature and its beauty. He is an experienced player on string instruments, especially the Oud string instrument.

Shadoul is the founder and director of the National Project for Combating Childhood Diseases, which is the first project of its kind in Sudan and the Middle East, thanks to his innovative vision and determination. Through his project, he was able to have a significant impact. in the field of public health, and this project was not limited not only to Sudan, but it also contributed to the establishment of similar initiatives in many countries, including Iraq, Syria, Iran, Egypt, Morocco, Pakistan and Afghanistan, in addition to many African countries, and thanks to his efforts, the project contributed to improving the preventive health of children and saving many lives.
He is a man who transported camels from the city of Arqo, north of Dongola, to the locality of Al-Barqiq, where he grew up and lived, and where his origins extend from the region of Arqo to the countryside of Al-Dabba. There is nothing between the two regions except a difference in musical movement in the last letter between the dam and the kasra in a style that combines delicacy and strength. He also lived his family life in Bamdurman, between the neighborhood of Al-Hashmab and the. Al-Fatihab neighborhood.
