*Proof: a step in the right direction*

* *The Sudanese judiciary, the pride of the nation, needs a president who will elevate its position. Will Al-Burhan answer the call for justice???!!!*.

++ I was very pleased that President Al-Burhan attended and honored the great event organized by the General Union of Sudanese Journalists, headed by Mr. Al-Sadiq Al-Ruzaiqi…

++ The source of my happiness is that Al-Burhan has renewed his absolute confidence in a legitimate union that has fame, symbolism, presence, active participation, success, gain and prestige…

++ Al-Burhan's praise of the role of the press and its established, solid and solid institutions and its authentic and honorable national position in the war of dignity is a recognition by the state of the importance of the media and its support for the national people and the army in its war against the greedy invaders…

++ The speech of the President of the Union, Al-Sadiq Al-Raziqi, confirmed what we said previously, namely that the state made a mistake in dissolving these professional unions, which would have been a constructive factor since it was late in restoring them, even in times of combat, it made the mistake of depriving our armed forces of a powerful and effective weapon that could have contributed to the necessary support, logistical and moral support and mobilization of the bases…

++ We prove to Al-Burhan that he has corrected this mistake by finally recognizing the Journalists Syndicate, led by Al-Ruzaiqi, and we count on him to move forward with force in restoring the rest of the professional unions to contribute to supporting our armed forces…

++ A place where official authorities must always be reminded that there is no authority on earth that has the right to dissolve the Sudanese Bar Association…

++ Firstly, because it is governed by a special law which regulates its work, election, revision and the method of dismissal, revocation and withdrawal of confidence, it is not under the authority of our great Maulana Amna Kabir, Registrar General of Trade Union Organisations, who have issued more than one statement and decision confirming this trend…

++ Second, because the Supreme Court had issued its historic decision invalidating the dissolution of the Bar Association and dismissed all subsequent appeals and enforcement complaints that had been submitted by the appellant to the corrupt ((fake)) management committee.

++ The Chief Justice could have supported the decision of his supreme courts, refusing to prejudice or interfere with the executive branch in the decisions of the courts, but his extreme desire to remain in the presidential seat made him stop implementing the decision to restore some of the powers, assets and role of the Bar and recognize its legitimacy that was stolen unjustly, tyrannically and coercively, by refusing to consider many requests, demanding that he restore the right to the Sharia Syndicate headed by Sharif Maulana Othman. Al Sharif….

++ Assuming that the Sovereign Council or Al-Burhan is more important to the Chief Justice than the independence of the judiciary and the falsification of decisions and the sovereignty of the rule of law, as this will pave the way for his impeachment…

++ His only concern now is to establish the pillars of his authority or ((his own kingdom)) to the detriment of reputation, performance and improvement of work, including refusing to renew a judge of the value and stature of our Mawlana ((The Face of Men)) Muhammad Ibrahim, the eminent scholar who published four documentary books on the Sudanese judicial system in The period from 1908 to 2008 is considered the greatest journey that the Sudanese library has been honored with, documenting the Sudanese judicial system, its status, nobility, efforts and explanations…

++ He refused to renew it simply because he strongly opposed the conversion of the Sudanese judicial library into a regular administrative office, which had been decided by this failing president…

++ An excuse would have been found for his non-renewal if he had not brought back into service a large number of retired judges…

++ I wish he had brought back those who had the level of piety, knowledge and gain of our Maulana Muhammad Ibrahim. It would have been “swallowed” and would not stop a lump in the throat, no, but he had brought it. to unqualified judges, it is enough that they are not even good at spelling….

++ The spelling and grammar mistakes made by them should not be missed by a student seeking a certificate. These people are allowed to renew only because they care about him and have close ties with him. They do not violate his directives and do not obey him. without expressing any opinion or advice to him…

++ We thank God that the Sudanese judicial system is honorable and fair. Most of the judges are qualified in terms of knowledge, morality, integrity and experience, as witnessed in the Arab world, except for a few who were dismissed by the judiciary for specific reasons related to their behavior. only…

++ The time has come for the honorable, pure and pious judges of Sudan to be led by someone who is at their level of knowledge, integrity, piety and experience.

++ Our voice is louder in calling on Al-Burhan to dismiss this president, because the case is leading the entire judicial system into a dangerous and difficult-to-remedy drift.

++ How sad that a citizen on social networks challenges a judge from Atbara who accuses him of bribery and corruption and publishes a document confirming it…

++ I am certain that this incident, if true, then this judge was motivated by the failure of the Chief Justice to provide the allowances of our master judges. If he had done so, this judge would not have committed this heinous act. , which of course we will not approve of under any circumstances…

++ Sir Al-Burhan, you will not be victorious except with established justice, and you will not be victorious except by removing injustice from the shoulders of innocent citizens… And this means reconsidering the presidency of the judiciary to call upon a judge who will defend his judges and the decisions of his courts against any encroachment by other authorities.

++ He who discriminates against an appellate judge by paying his house rent and deprives the Supreme Court judges of his own whims is a president who does not respect the traditions of the judiciary, who demotes high-ranking judges to their status and does not give priority to those below them…

++ The decision to invalidate the dissolution of the Bar Association was not made by a committee or a sheikh, it was made by a Supreme Court and it had the authority of res judicata and its implementation was blocked by the Presidency of the Judiciary, and then there are those who want us to remain silent for a particular interest linked to the survival of the Chief Justice…

++ We will not remain silent and will return to another subject, which is the restructuring of the judicial services of the same judges of the previous administrations, despite their inability to fulfill their role of service and development of the judiciary and consolidation of the pillars of justice. He wanted to bring them back because they are part of his “entourage” that carries out his wishes and obeys him even in… Error.

We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return…
