Red Sea Health Insurance Sets Up Free Treatment Day in Sinkat

Today (Tuesday), the Red Sea State branch of the National Health Insurance Fund established a free treatment day in Sinkat.

The Director General of the National Health Insurance Fund, Dr. Farouk Nour Al-Daim, said that the treatment day is implemented within the framework of the health insurance plan to provide quality services in the countryside in order to restore health services.

He explained that the treatment days aim to facilitate the receipt of free medical services at the general and specialized level in their localities, accompanied by free medications.

In turn, the Federal Minister of Health, Dr. Haitham Muhammad Ibrahim Ali, welcomed the health insurance plans and programs to restore services and provide them to beneficiaries locally, especially in the countryside.

A delegation that included, in addition to the Minister of Health and the Director General of Health Insurance, the Minister of Health of the Red Sea State, Dr. Ahlam Abdul Rasoul, Director of the Insurance Branch in the State of Kassala, Dr. Badr al-Din Araki, Acting Director of the Health Insurance Branch of the Red Sea State, Talib Abu Muhammad, Acting Director of the Gedaref Branch, Sumaya Muhammad Abdullah, and Executive Director of Health Insurance in the locality of Sinkat.
