It has become an established belief in all police systems around the world, in the existence of society and its organizations. As a real and active partner, it faces security issues and protection against crimes of all kinds.
Crime has causes and motivations that all arise from the surrounding social environment and the individual or personal circumstances of the perpetrator. There is nothing more worthy than society to face these circumstances. That is why those born on the seventieth birthday were the community police. .
