The police have moral, social and humanitarian duties. All this led to a new change. the way police work is managed. Society therefore has a vital and active role to play in contributing to the security process and in the area of prevention and exposure of crime, which has enabled the police as an institution to take care of all the questions. linked to criminal work in society. It has become an established belief in all police systems around the world, in the existence of society and its organizations. As a real and active partner, it faces security issues and protection against crimes of all kinds.
Crime has causes and motivations that all arise from the surrounding social environment and the individual or personal circumstances of the perpetrator. There is nothing more worthy than society to face these circumstances. That is why those born on the seventieth birthday were the community police. .
