Secretary General of Red Sea Zakat Office Meets Delegation from National Press Association
Today, Thursday, the executive board of the National Press Association, headed by the president of the association, Imad al-Din Muhammad al-Amin, met with the secretary general of the Zakat Office of the Red Sea State, Abdul Qadir Hassan Abdul Qadir. The meeting discussed ways of cooperation and coordination between the Zakat Office and the national press, in order to highlight the role of the media towards society.
In the same context, the chairman of the National Press Association, Imad al-Din Muhammad al-Amin, praised the great role played by the Zakat office in the Red Sea, in the cells, mosques and the needy, and in supporting the shelters for the sick and widows in all localities of the Red Sea State.
The President of the National Press Association confirmed his readiness for coordination and cooperation between the Bureau and the Association in everything that elevates and elevates the status of the nation and citizens.
In the same context, the Secretary General of the Zakat Office in the Red Sea State affirmed his unlimited interest in the media and media professionals, revealing that the income of the Zakat Office had decreased significantly, due to the war, and expressing his hope for the victory of the armed forces, and for Sudan to be stronger than it was after the war, and for citizens to return to their readers and cities.
He stressed that the Zakat Office has launched a program for the voluntary return of citizens to safe areas, and highlighted the presence of more than 83 shelters in the Red Sea, stressing their support and assistance to the displaced, as this is one of the duties of the Zakat Office towards citizens.
