Secretary of Nile Student Welfare Fund Highlights Importance of Digital Transformation in Developing Administrative and Financial Work

As part of a comprehensive plan to achieve digital transformation, the National Fund for Student Welfare in River Nile State, under the generous patronage of Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Hussein Kaltos, Treasurer, organized an intensive training course for financial management staff on the new financial system.

The course was titled “Towards a Comprehensive Digital Transformation” and aimed to qualify all financial workers, including accountants, auditors, money changers and warehouse managers, to work effectively on the new financial system and develop their skills in dealing with electronic financial systems.

Mr. Ahmed Muhammad Hussein Kaltos, Treasurer of the Fund, stressed the importance of this course in developing the administrative and financial work of the Fund, which comes after meeting all the requirements of digital transformation, including the financial management infrastructure, stressing that digital transformation represents a qualitative change in the provision of services to students. He also thanked the state governor and his government, university administrators and the Higher Education Committee for their continued support for these efforts.

For her part, Ms. Safia Al-Sheikh, representative of the Minister of Finance, praised the efforts made in the field of digital transformation, stressing the importance of this stage in the development of government work. Noting the importance of the practical application of training programs and the importance of implementing the technical training program and implementing it at the state level to bring about the required transformation.

In turn, Dr. Al-Amin Al-Tayeb Al-Taher, representative of the director of the Nile Valley University, praised the Fund's interest in training its employees, stressing the pioneering position of the Fund among national institutions and the need to strengthen the partnership between the university and the Fund to develop the educational process.

The course had a wide participation of experts and specialists in the field of financial systems, where a group of lectures and training workshops were presented on the latest technologies and tools used in this field.

Engineer Yasser Muhammad Saeed, Supervisor of the Digital Transformation Training Team, spoke at the beginning of the opening session, listing the goals of digital transformation for the Fund's employees in order to keep pace with modern trends in providing services to students.
