Shendi: Al-Ayoun camp begins to detect 4,000 cases and 400 operations
Al-Ayoun camp, established by Al-Basr Charitable Foundation and Shendi University, began with the referral clinics of Mek Nimr Hospital. It is the largest camp in the region, with 4,000 cases and 400 operations detected.
Thousands of patients flocked to the camp headquarters since early morning, and the camp registration, waiting and maintenance processes went smoothly, and the organization's operations were supervised by more than 25 volunteers, in addition to community organizations such as the Sons of Shendi Initiative. .
Chairman of the Shendi University Council, Engineer Al-Muatasem Ibrahim, said the big stampede confirms the success of this camp. The second thing confirms that the camp has encountered an urgent need for the community of Shendi, and it is one of the most important. the university's messages to the community.
He noted that the camp provided services to hundreds of citizens arriving from Khartoum and reduced the cost of examinations, treatments, operations and medical glasses for many.
Engineer Al-Mu'tasem hinted that cooperation with the Al-Basr Charitable Foundation and the University continues and could develop towards a closer relationship serving the citizens of the region, the state and may -be neighboring states.
