Shendi: Children from expat shelters participate in Youth and Children's Day
The Shindi General Administration of Youth and Sports organized an open day for children and young people with the participation of the Daash theater troupe and with the participation of international artist and star Samuel Nimr, who participated in the World Cup organized in the State of Qatar.
That day, several shows were presented, combining puppet theater, competitions and national, educational and cultural activities.
The program generated great interaction from the children and their families.
Head of the Children and Youth Department at the Shindi Youth and Sports Department, Khaleda Al-Atta, said that this program is part of the implementation of the administration's plan to raise educational and national values among children and youth.
The programs will extend to expatriate accommodation sites and there will be coordination between youth, sports and education administration in the implementation of certain programs, particularly in preschool education.
