Shendi City Nursing Home Celebrates 70th Anniversary of Armed Forces
As part of the Armed Forces Day celebrations that took place recently in the country, the retirement home (Al-Dawh Hajooj) in the city of Shendi celebrated the 70th Armed Forces Day. It was honored by the presence of Brigadier General Ali Al-Nour. , commander of the 1st Mustafarin Brigade, representative of the commander of the 3rd Infantry Division, and Major Dr. Hisham Al-Sheikh Al-Awad, head of the Moral Guidance Division of the 3rd Division, as well as a number of media figures, artists and. university professors.
Addressing the celebration, Mr. Mubarak Sharif, Director of the Nursing Home, praised the role of the Armed Forces in protecting the nation from those hiding in the rebel Rapid Support Militia and its mercenaries congratulated the Armed Forces, represented by their leadership, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Armed Forces, wishing them a near victory.
For his part, Brigadier General Ali Al-Nour expressed his joy at being among his elderly parents and conveyed to them the greetings of the Commander of the 3rd Infantry Division, Major General Hamdan Abdul Qader. He congratulated everyone on the occasion of Army Day and stressed that the battle is about to end and victory is very close. He indicated that the rebels are currently in the worst situation because they attack villages in which there are no military forces, their only goal is to attack citizens through theft and looting. stressed that their actions have nothing to do with the democracy they claim, and he hoped that Sudan would experience security and stability.
At the end of the ceremony, poetry and comedy performances were presented, including drama performances and patriotic songs performed by the moral guidance team of the 3rd Infantry Division of Shendi.
