Shendi Executive announces the establishment of continuing education and capacity development centers, and Shendi University is responsible for the first center in Hafyan region
Executive Director of Shendi locality, Khaled Abdul Ghaffar Al-Sheikh, announced the intention of his locality to implement a number of continuing education, capacity development and social development centers to move from the stage of short, intermittent courses to continuing education in all areas.
Addressing the graduation ceremony of the Civil Support Group in Al-Hafyan area, south of Shendi, he said the next step requires improving training processes and training centers continuous training are the most appropriate and best solution to deliver high quality results in training and qualification, capacity building and talent development.
The Executive Director of Shindi Locality, Khaled Abdul Ghaffar Al-Sheikh, highlighted the importance of education and the quality of education as it constitutes the basis of the country's renaissance and development.
He stressed the importance of educating women in all fields, because they are the creators of societies.
The Chairman of the Council of Shendi University, Engineer Al-Muatasem Ibrahim, announced during the ceremony in the presence of the Vice President of the University, Dr. Nasser Muhammad Othman, that Al-Muatasem announced that Shendi University sponsored the first continuing education center in Al-Hafyan District.
Furthermore, Director of the Department of Youth and Sports in Shindi Muzammil Sayed Ahmed Abdel Rahman said that what the executive director announced regarding the creation of continuing education centers is considered a work program for the Department of Youth and Sports. youth and sports during this year 2025 AD, which the Nile State government declared the Year of Youth.
Director of the Department of Youth and Sports Shindi Muzammil Syed Ahmed Abdul Rahman called on administrative units and people's leaders in different regions to benefit from the benefits announced by the executive director to establish continuing education centers and increase capacities in all areas.
