Shendi is starting to deliver solar energy units to more than 15 villages to operate water stations at the cost of (156) million pounds

The Department of Development and Engineering Affairs of the Locality of Shendi began to deliver solar energy units to three administrative units in Kabushia, north of Shendi and south of Shendi.

The cost of projects for more than (15) villages in the three administrative units amounted to more than (156) million pounds

The engineer Afrah Abu Al -Qasim, in the Department of Engineering Affairs, which was in the team which has given all the specified areas, its solar energy units in the three administrative units, said that the second stage included (18) the water station

AFRAH ABU AL -QASIM said the company implementing the supply and installation of the consciousness of solar energy in the water stations had been delivered to the specified locations for the installation of units by the local team made up of the Director of Development in the locality, Taiba Fall, the engineer Badr Al -Din Omar and the engineer Afrah Abu Al -Qasim.

The Executive Director had started to implement the largest project to use alternative energies, in particular for drinking water stations, after Malaysia has targeted the rapid support of power plants in the state of the Nile and North River, and the water stations were affected by power outages.

The executive director of Spendi Khaled Abdel Ghaffar Al -Sheikh declared in the previous statements that the local solar energy trend is in the implementation of the Nile State Strategy announced by the Governor, Mohammed Al -Badawi Abdel -Majid, to go to alternative alternative energies
