Shendi: The start of basic exams amidst great optimism among students

Basic exams began in Nile State on Saturday, amid optimism among students, teachers and parents.

In Shendi, the executive director of Shendi locality, Khaled Abdul Ghaffar Al-Sheikh, in the presence of the security committee and education officials, rang the bell for the start of exams from the Northern Girls' School , and the first day exams begin with two periods, the first with Islamic topics and history.

The Executive Director of Shendi Locality, Khaled Abdel Ghaffar Al-Sheikh, praised the students taking the exams at the state level and Shendi Locality in particular, who were taking the exams with high morale.

He indicated that the organization of the examinations in the academic calendar is the result of a great effort of the state government, which overcame many of the difficulties hampering the academic year, which began in difficult circumstances in the country.

The Executive Director expressed hope that the students of this stage will be among the scientific and academic leaders of the country, leading the Sudanese Renaissance towards the desired horizons of scientific development.

Acting Director of Education and Director of Basic Level at Shindi, Dr Muhammad Musa Siddiq, said the start of examinations today is the culmination of the academic year which began last November in the middle major challenges observed by the academic year in light of the security conditions facing the country.

A number of students were optimistic about the start of the exams, which would be a good start to a new stage of study, which is the intermediate stage, and confirmed that they were fully prepared to take exams with expectations of success.
