In the year *(1992*), he was transferred to the Narcotics Control Department by the decision of the Director General of Sudan Police, as I mentioned earlier, and he was appointed in 1998 to the position of Director of the Control Department. in the state until the year *(2000*) according to the directives of the then Police General *Mahjoub Hassan Saad*, Director of Administration in Sudan.

Deputy Police Hassan Abdel Moneim oversaw the selection of members of the police force's soldiers and ranks to join the administration. He also oversaw the creation of a permanent Narcotics Control Department headquarters as an alternative to credit for furnishings. it goes to police captain Nasr al-Din.
