Sudan .. Between the urgent need and the danger of attrition: a roadmap for realistic national projects 1 ✍️ Ali al -fateh al -zubair al -hashemi

In a different historical moment in Sudan, the citizen is in different regions of the fatherland.
This worsens in the fields of the rebellious militia, in which the citizen stands with crises: insecurity, collapse of health and training services, blocking job opportunities and the decline of hope. This reality imposes on the government of Kamel Idris, the Council of Sovereignty of Transition, the Ministers and the Governors, to be freed from the illusion of “complete major projects” which are presented without studying or ability to implement, transforming into simple slogans who consume media and do not translate reality.
Today it takes an urgent, declared, clear and defined national plan, which responds to the priorities of the human being in their minimum: security, health, education and job possibilities.
Certainly in areas freed from the impurity of the militia.
Later, the same projects are implemented
In all regions of the country, after almost liberation, God wants it.
* First: security .. the base of the construction *
National Community Security Project: standardization of regular aircraft under professional leadership, nationally which is not different from them, far from all suspicions
Conspiracy, corruption and favoritism.
City and campaign stability programs: market deployment to protect markets, roads and agricultural projects. According to an advanced movement and communication network.
* Second: health .. Save what can be saved *
The National Ambulance and Emergency Project: a quick network of ambulance and preliminary ambulance centers in each state.
The national project for the Savior of Life: providing basic drugs thanks to partnerships with international and regional organizations.
And a popular effort.
Rehabilitation of reference hospitals: instead of building new hospitals, focusing on the revival of 10 central hospitals distributed in the regions. All majors are available.
* Third: education .. investment in the future *
The national project for free basic education: priority for children to return to schools by supporting the manual and a simple school meal.
Teachers’ program first: Improve and train teacher salaries to ensure the quality of education.
Rehabilitation of rural schools: through rapid and weak construction projects.
Fourth: employment possibilities and economic development *
National project for young jobs: young people in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, water).
* National Food Safety Project *: Direct support for young farmers with inputs (seeds, simple mechanisms).
In the accommodation of an additional framework
And bind them to smaller funding
And government financing houses.
* Productive cities program: * Encourage small craft industries in the United States instead of accumulating capital.
* General directives for government work *
1. An annual plan for each ministry: since the Minister receives his functions, with realistic and measurable objectives.
2. A periodic announcement of the results: a quarterly report which explains what was achieved and what you stumbled, in full transparency.
3. Standardization of government discourse: prevent exaggerated consumption of the media and focus on real success.
4. Concentrate on priorities, not on unprecedented expansion: projects must now be urgently and verified, no long -term strategies without funding.
*conclusion*
The Sudanese people do not need discourse today, but rather a security that reassures him, a medication that treats it, a school that learns their children and a job opportunity that preserves their dignity. These are not luxuries, but the basics of life. The government and the ministers must face these priorities as a doctrine of national work, and not as slogans
Do not fatten or sing.
We continue if it is the rest of life.
