When His Excellency, Dr. Abdul Rahman, said Ahmed Zain Al -Abidin, secretary -general of the Sudanese Affairs Regulatory Authority abroad, made a telephone call to Professor Moataz Mirghani Abbas, head of the Executive Committee for the Sudanese Community of Misrata, to verify the progress of the primary.
