The National Teams Committee of the Sudan Football Association, in coordination with the Women's Football Committee and in consultation with the elected Technical Director, has decided to organize a preparatory camp for the women's team in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, with a view to participating in the East and Central African (CECAFA) qualifiers for the final phase of the Women's Africa Cup of Nations scheduled to be held in Ethiopia on August 17, 2024, during which it was decided to call (26) players to the camp, which is tentatively scheduled for the end of next July, and the gathering will take place in three countries: Sudan, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
# With our respect for the decisions of the National Teams Committee and the Women's Football Committee to participate in the East and Central African qualifiers, we hope that this will not be an emotional and ill-considered decision. Accordingly, we deem it necessary to accompany. the National Teams Committee and return to what accompanied the participation of the Sudanese women's team in the Arab Women's Football Cup in 2021 AD, without any prior preparation for this important tournament, which was accompanied by confusion, haste and chance. that they left the birth without Homs, we returned with hidden nostalgia, and they received defeat after defeat with a shocking number of goals, and we returned with nets full of airborne goals, and we were promised shocking, shameful and stunning defeats. I hoped that the relevant authorities would hold an evaluation workshop. This is a comprehensive solution to this disappointing experience, and we put effective solutions in the hands of what is happening (*And the Samaritan shook himself)* No workshops have taken place, and they are not sad, and this confirms what we have said. This is just a selection of occasions.
# Accordingly, the brothers of the National Teams Commission and the Women's Football Commission must diligently strive to prepare seriously through this camp, organize it carefully and fill all the gaps that hinder good preparation by placing the right players in the right place and working to instill in them the spirit of patriotism, focusing on high tactics and knowing how to keep the window clean,
# Despite the war conditions and the psychological pressure on the Sudanese citizen, we are confident that the team will produce satisfactory and reasonable results, and at least we will have understood the previous lesson and learned from the previous participation and the work of correction and evaluation. until we restore the balance in the team and its members in an optimal way and restore its outputs and inputs so that it becomes a chosen team. We boast of it to the nations and it is called Lebanon.
