The Battle of Outbuildings ✍️ Awad Allah Nawi

– After the wheels of the government train have exceeded all the road obstacles, penetrating the rubble of political and administrative waste, the real battle does not seem to reach the post of ministerial training, but rather: the battle of dependencies.

– In previous writings, we explicitly talked about the role of Dr. Hussein Al -Hafyan, the godfather and the hidden vision of the government of Kamel Idris and those below behind the scenes. Our conversation at the time did not accept it, but the truth does not change with the acceptance or denial of people. The truth is that a person works in the state system without official assignment, only as a “volunteer”, is a dilemma in itself.

How to give a person the right to plan a country without decree, without adjective, without responsibility? This is similar to the employee who destroyed his life in service, then he came to him in a moment of gossip … He is not subject to responsibility, and if he calculates, does not differentiate himself much.

– The main institutions that have and always been controversial since the era of Al -Bashuir are: Bank of Sudan, Nile Bank, Bank of Khartoum, General Intelligence Service, Gold and Mining Companies, Systems Systems, National Communications Authority, Sudaner Projects, Zakat Bureau, Fund for Social Security and Pensions, Orient Reconstruction Funds, Darfur, Darfur, Darfur, Darfur, Darfur, Darfur, Darfur, and societies with Sooversse, Sooversed.

The most dangerous question: how will the dependence of these institutions be separated? And who will be the higher word?

– What is happening in my imagination – and perhaps in a lot of imagination – is a virtual scene that may not move away from reality:

Al -Hafyan seated an informal session with the Prime Minister after the announcement of the recent government training, turning to him and asking him:

“Now that Mutasim Ahmed Saleh has undergone a Minister of Care and Security, and the permanent light of Taha, Minister of Minerals … How do we separate the dependence of these institutions?”

Conclusion

– It is the battle of dependencies that will be determined if the new government is able to manage a state or will remain only a political interface for a country that is managed as private companies is managed … with the logic of who asks: “Who follows this institution?”, Not with the logic of a state governed by the constitutions.

-And if the friend Abdel -Baqi al -zafir compared Al -Hafyan with “Karl Rove”, then the truth which must be said clearly:

Karl Rove worked in a country with a constitution and elected president. As for the Sudanese “Carl Rove”, he works in a country that is still looking for his institutions, without decree, without assignment and without censorship.

– The difference between the two, like the difference between a man who leads an electoral campaign and a man whispering in the ear of the Prime Minister:

“Disconnect this dependence on this subject and link this institution to that …”

In the end, the whole state simply becomes an internal sharing plaque for a private company, in which the job title changes with a signature, and the word “sovereignty” is removed from the government dictionary.

– What we need now is not a shadow of “voluntary sponsor”, but men who govern themselves in light, a constitution not almost, and with institutions, not by names
