The difference between the state of Sudan after the end of this damn war and before it ✍️ Professor ✍️ Fikri Kabashi, the Arab secretary

The most important principles of democracy require and require recognition of the other and oblige those who exercise political activity to accept objective and constructive criticism and to agree that the method of free and direct dialogue represents the effective means of resolving all the differences, and none of them. the entities present claim the right to lead the movement alone to the exclusion of others and even others. Traditional political constituencies should seek to measure the true size of their natural size within society before elections. Unfortunately, we do not have a neutral and highly stance. agencies and professional mechanisms that rely on harsh public opinion, characterized by continuous change and a lack of stability in a situation, even during the short period between the year 2019 and the outbreak of this crisis, the cursed war from April 15, 2023 AD. brought a lot of water under the bridge and led to the birth of new beliefs among the masses. There is no doubt that accurate measurement of public opinion trends within the general public or among selected groups will provide opportunity to the diverse. It also allows the state and its various organizations to steer public opinion in a healthy direction, and to mobilize and concentrate its forces to steer it in a direction that assists political activities and state agencies to make their decisions in the light of objective facts. economic and social development plans, which is consistent with modern trends in influencing public opinion. Note that I believe the first shock occurred after the scientific measurement of public opinion according to the data. As mentioned, political entities will be surprised by the. appearance of a major change in the equation according to modern data has occurred on the scene, which requires the introduction of new concepts and requires an objective analysis of different components of the environment. Among the most important observations is the vast majority. , in my opinion, the components of the Sudanese people are currently considered part of the segment of educated youth who do not have political affiliation in the traditional frameworks of the arena, which leads to the importance of changing the style of leadership and the change in the language of communication in the next stage and the resulting democratic transformation, completely different from what existed before the outbreak of this cursed war, as the erasure of the concept of traditional loyalty clearly shows. This is an important factor which requires the need to have real programs which address the majority consciousness of this young majority in order to differentiate the different political components which present themselves as options in the phase of reconstruction and construction of what was destroyed by this cursed war. Certainly, the most dynamic, effective programs capable of meeting the ambitions of this accursed war will prevail. The majority will achieve progress, development and growth, and will convince those to whom it is addressed. , they are educated young people who base their choices on objective criteria, transcending inherited traditional affiliations. This is what political components should be aware of early on and take into account when developing their strategies for the future and well in advance of elections.

Therefore, there must be national consensus on the urgent issues of maintaining security and stability. Likewise, leaders must understand that governance in Sudan is not an end but a means to achieve national goals based on security, peace and decent livelihoods. live and achieve freedom to express one's opinion and absolute justice without restrictions. Differences of opinion do not spoil the friendship of a question…Political disagreement is necessary, important and vital to the effectiveness of the democratic system, as much as it is. on the means and methods which lead to achieving the overall objectives.

It must be emphasized that the silent majority of active political forces, professionally and ethically qualified, have abandoned their political affiliations due to previous practices and continue to sit on the sidewalks and in the country when their participation in the construction of a modern state with objectives that achieve the general interest of all members of the people without discrimination and are dedicated to fighting the real enemies of the Sudanese people is urgently needed from the illusion of disease, ignorance and poverty, and this requires navigating the expected transition period in Sudan towards security. cooperation and harmony between the military and civilian components… and the consensus of all active political and societal forces without exclusion or exception. It is no secret to anyone who is discerning that countries that enjoy economic, political and social stability are those that. were fortunate to have courageous, dreamy leaders who created the future and didn't just wish for it. They predicted the demands of the future and developed far-reaching plans to advance all aspects that ensure the possession of power in all its elements. as impossible, dreaming leaders consider it possible. After God, they depend on the minds and arms of millions of people. They build trust between themselves and the people, caring for their interests, achieving justice and fighting corruption. When people trust their leaders, they dedicate themselves to working to realize the leader's vision and implement their plans. People also accept orders issued by their leaders, no matter how harsh they may seem to some, because they believe in them. the end, they are in their own interest.

Anyone who studies the stories of nation building believes that the most important element of success is the presence of leaders who can plan well and are willing to progress and build effective institutions, and who give education the highest priority. attention and care it deserves. graduate skills that represent the true wealth of the nation, and this is what has happened in many Southeast Asian countries, such as South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and, above all, the Japan, which emerged from the Second World War. injuries, poverty and chaos. If we adhere to the standards of providing security, education and health services, the whole of Sudan lives on the margins, and the solution lies in agreeing to prepare a comprehensive national strategic plan that covers all sectors and strict commitment to implement them and recognize that the fundamental principles of international relations are mutual respect for territorial integrity, sovereignty, non-aggression, non-interference in internal affairs, equality, mutual benefit and peaceful coexistence.
