The director general of roads, bridges, drains and the maritime executive director puts solutions for the damage caused by the rain on the main roads of Bahri

The director general of roads, bridges and banking authority in the state of Khartoum, Eng. Mukhtar Omar Saber and the executive director of Bahri Abdel -rahman Ahmed Abdel Rahman, inspected local roads, rain and toilets. The visit included a street -cost street with its extension to the Al -Kadro region, as well as rue Anis George Hajjar, which is connected to Al -Huda in the East street, in the implementation of the team directives, Rakan Ibrahim Jaber, member of Sovereignty Council, Khartoum, starting and rehabilitating maintenance and engine. Mukhtar stressed during the visit that these roads were overwhelmed in water for two years and the inability to drain them to occupy militias, noting that “the first enemy of the roads is the accumulation of water”.
He revealed that Khartoum is currently lacking in road companies after having stolen all the mechanisms and infrastructures of the authority, since this represents a major challenge to maintenance operations.
He announced that the authority had developed an ambitious plan for the reconstruction of roads and bridges, and the implementation has already started to restore the basic services and to rehabilitate the road network in the region.
