The e-passport factory was established in the Red Sea State. , which responded to the needs of citizens despite the intense pressure placed on it, was also established in Nile State, Atbara, which he inaugurated last September, His Excellency Lieutenant General Khaled Hassan Mohieldin, Director general of police. with the aim of relieving the pressure on the Port Sudan factory and for the citizen to find their service with ease and ease, and also with the aim of self-sufficiency and ending the suffering of the citizens regarding obtaining of this document for citizens of Nile State and neighboring states. This is part of the efforts of the Ministry of Interior and the Presidency of the Police Force to raise the level of performance and develop services to citizens, which has been the most important factor in reducing the burden on citizens, which greatly facilitated obtaining the passport in a short period of time not exceeding a week.
The electronic service for requesting a passport receipt is one of the services intended to facilitate the examination of the passport from anywhere and at any time through the application and after following the steps prepared for this purpose, which has made it much easier for citizens and for them to obtain services while they can, without difficulty or fatigue.

With all the discipline and sophisticated behavior, which reflected the character of the people of this state, His Excellency Police General Muhammad Al-Mutasim left a difficult legacy to his successor, His Excellency Brigadier General Zain Al-Abidin, Abdul Salam Ahmed, Director of the Northern State Passport Department, however, rose to the challenge and achieved a lot in the administration, leaving clear fingerprints and championing all departments, resolving issues smoothly and facilitating procedures accordingly. the law has had a positive impact on the souls of its employees and those who apply for the passport service.
