The end of ideological theory, how does Sudan governed it? (2-1) ✍️ Muhammad Qour Hamid

For a while, it is not kinship …
Indeed, our cultural diversity and our ethnic multiplicity are the most characteristic that attracts the aesthetic map of Sudan and gives its human being this distinction with the difference in its variety and its ethnic multiplicity. This distinction is in the characteristics of simplicity, odors of generosity, morals and values.
However, this dialectic is the hypothesis on which many of my writings were built, because I found that this Sudan was a populist state, not ethnic, and therefore turmoil is possible here. The two workers … Cultural diversity and ethnic pluralism, for example, is an obstacle to the intrigue of our political discourse … But it is always a reason to establish a permanent constitution which protects the country and holds the letters of its unity, despite the demons of war, the disturbances and civil conflicts.
The permanent constitutions and their ceremonies, whether tribal, the property or the masses … are leaders to govern and restrict civil society and remain a fortress against the fragmentation of the specific nation and the named people.
Because these are constitutions … It often organizes the relationship between the individual and the state.
The two forces are placed and legislated on the religion, the values, the beliefs and the beliefs of the peoples, I think that!
But when the Sudanese state has failed to manage its cultural diversity and its multiple ethnicity. The Constitution has become the king of ruling powers .. pluralism or mullahs. Then, it is made from the juice of his people. And (I don’t want to say the religion of the people of peoples).
Thus, legal theory, its materials and its legal philosophy have been disrupted by what was taught in universities and the application of rules for certain governments … which caused a cognitive rupture in the consciousness of the legislators.
We continue ..
