The General Administration of Culture and Information of Shendi locality organizes a farewell ceremony for Major General Hamdan Abdel Qader Daoud

⭕The General Administration of Culture, Media and Communications of Shendi locality and expatriate media professionals of the Khartoum Journalists Association in Shendi locality organized a farewell ceremony for Major General Hamdan Abdel Qader Daoud, former commander of the 3rd Infantry Division, because this ceremony held particular importance in strengthening relations between the army and the media. The ceremony brought together many personalities, adding to its symbolic importance. The celebration was marked by the honor of the Executive Director of Shendi locality, Mr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, who addressed words of thanks and appreciation to Major General Hamdan for his distinguished efforts and unlimited donations.
⭕ The ceremony took place in the presence of many personalities, including Major General Omar Al-Sir Ali, Second Commander of the 3rd Infantry Division, and Brigadier General Adel Muhammad Ahmed Al-Afandi. In addition to Police Brigadier General Izz al-Din Muhammad Idris, Shendi Local Police Director Colonel Hafez al-Himim and Major Dr. Hicham Al-Sheikh. The notables of the city of Shendi, led by Muhammad Ahmed Abjoukh and an elite group composed of mayors, sheikhs and symbols, were received by Mr. Babakir Al-Azraq, Director of the Department of Culture, Media and of communications of the locality and its administration, which reflects the strong support of various institutions to the media and the army.
⭕ Mr. Babakir Al-Azraq expressed his thanks to Major General Hamdan for his fruitful cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Information. He praised the effective partnerships between the 3rd Infantry Division and the Ministry of Culture, wishing him every success in his new role.
