TODAY, 31/8/2025 AT THE CENTER FOR THE INDUSTRIAL PERFUMES IN THE NORTHENN State, Dongola, A Training Race was held in the Art of Dealing With the Public, Which was held by the General Administration of Training in Cooperation With the Center for the extension Dongolas, Under the Auspices of Professor Manal MAKKAWI IBRAHIM, Secretary -General for Social Affairs in the State and the Honor of His Excellent Lieutenant General Abdel -Rahman Abdel Hamid Ibrahim, Governor of the North State
In Tanweer on this session, Mr. Othman Hassan Othman Abu Bakr said that this session was not the first but rather a continuation of previous courses and that this course aims at more than twenty students and lasts five days, stressing that the art of dealing with the center and to establish solid and positive relationships between workers and the needs of the public and the understanding of the needs in that public and workers in the center and increase the satisfaction and superiority of competitors and the transgression of differences to understand the human behavior between the public and the workers and the acquisition of listening skills and the conversation influenced at the center
The Director of the Parties Center added that patients are the main door of the center of artificial members because of his interest in the patient and by doing so as a generous and humanitarian treatment compared to the psychological conditions that the patient and his loved ones follow following this shock and this course is in the ministry plan which is prepared at the beginning of the year and the following courses
