The importance of forming early warning departments in Sudan after targeting dams and power transformers:

Deserved praise, thanks and praise for the efficient performance of the electrical engineers who were able to repair the breakdown and work hard to ensure the flow of electricity after the attack on the Merowe Dam and the Al-Girba and Setit Dams and finally in the city of Dongola, which testifies to the great professionalism and quality of results of higher education institutions in Sudan, as well as being reassured about the future and the importance of betting on the success of the revolution to begin the reconstruction and construction by the youth of Sudan after the end of this damn war, despite the importance of the issue of early warning which has already been mentioned in more than one article. As a tip, the torrent has reached its peak and the trend has become necessary and calls for bolder measures.

It goes without saying that early warning indicators play a major role in helping government and private organizations manage the crises around them. Therefore, it has become necessary for the top management of these organizations to monitor and monitor these indicators themselves and make appropriate decisions regarding them, but the abundance of these indicators and the preoccupation of services with development and organizational tasks, he is obliged to entrust others with monitoring on his behalf, which could cause crises due to poor judgment or poor monitoring of those who have been responsible for monitoring these indicators, and as the one of the tasks of So that senior administrations can protect citizens of these crises, it is necessary to find practical solutions allowing these administrations to monitor and control early warning indicators while being able to carry out their other development tasks. Early warning systems constitute a service and protection for the human community, if the sincere will of the leaders and those responsible for managing the affairs of societies and countries is present. Scientists, researchers and experts agree that today we live in an era of crises and disasters, as the last decades have witnessed the emergence of a large number of them in the global, national, local, regional and sectoral levels, as well as at the level of economic units, despite the enormous scientific and technological progress in studies on predicting these crises and disasters and on ways to cope with their negative social effects and environmental, and therefore on economic growth and competitive capabilities, which affect the well-being of people. In general, I have already indicated in a previous article that one of the differences between this damn war and previous wars is that The use of technology, in particular drones, facilitates the task of preventing their strikes, and he is therefore supposed to be diligent and diligent in discovering the sources of their origin, and whether they come from within the country. the geographical framework of safe states, which facilitates the task of following them either from outside or from outside the geographical field. For the state, this requires completely different treatments. Therefore, disaster prediction begins with knowing the source. the danger by consulting experts, specialists, interested persons and specialists. Then, scenarios are developed to eliminate the danger, and if this is impossible, work must be done on it. Avoid its effects if it falls on the weakest of the faith…
