# It is expected that the Sennar State Youth and Sports Council has started forming an emergency room at the state level and the seven localities. This will be done through the General Youth Administration of the Youth and Sports Council. which fall within the competence of the General Administration of Youth within the Council and the need for coordination with the executive directors of the different localities. It is necessary for the Youth Administration to fulfill all its tasks, as well as the Association of Sea and Land Scouts and. all its employees in the state are mobilizing and coordinating their efforts with all civil society organizations. Perhaps we are fully aware that the tasks and specializations of the Sea Scout Association concern rescue work in areas blocked by floods, torrents and rain. and providing serums to treat snake and scorpion bites. We know that local authorities have announced their readiness to prepare various mechanisms and equipment.
# We propose to the Youth Department of the City Hall to organize rapid training courses for members of the Sea Scout Association, through which they will receive lectures on how to rescue, in coordination with the Defense Police Civil and River Rescue Police.
# We also note the desire of the General Youth Administration of the Council to mobilize all young people and athletes as well as the need for close coordination and networking with all sports bodies, including federations and sports clubs and the Buds, Youth and Youth Protection Authority, to participate and contribute. effectively in fall emergency rooms.
# The General Administration of Youth must coordinate with the General Administration of Basic Health Care of the Sennar State Ministry of Health and Welfare in order to participate in the sanitation campaign of the environment organized by the localities of the State, which aims to spray mosquitoes and harmful insects. , fill ponds and swamps and spray various government institutions.
