“The honor of the Secretary General of the Government of the Northern State, Professor Awad Al-Karim Rabie, representative of the Governor of the Northern State, the Secretary General of Social Affairs, Professor Manal Makkawi, and Professor Hussein Abdel Ghafour, Minister of Resources, honored the weddings of Artqasha in its ninth edition of the marriage of 39 young men and women from the sons of Artqasha.

He praised the compassion and solidarity between the components of society in the locality of Al-Barqiq, and that this work is characteristic of the Sudanese people.

For her part, Ms. Manal Makkawi, Secretary General of Social Affairs, praised the efforts of the young people of Artqasha, despite the circumstances the country is going through. She added: “Today we share the joys of Artqasha, and tomorrow we will witness the joys of Kaptud, and from Kaptud the joys will move to Al-Maqwadah, asking God to make them marriages of goodness, blessings and rebirth of the Sunnah of the Beloved Chosen, may God bless him and grant him peace. Marry those who are friendly and fertile, for I will outnumber the nations on the Day of Resurrection.
Calling on everyone to stand alongside the youth, because they are the pillar of the nation and the wheel that moves the wheel of global development.
In the same context, Mr. Abbas Abdel Aziz, executive director of the locality of Al-Barqiq, indicated that this project confirms the interest of the locality for the community.
They urged young people to get married, revive the Sunnah of the Prophet and solidarity within local communities, because marriage is stability for nations and fortification for Muslims.
