But no matter how intense these campaigns may be or how diverse their methods may be, they will not be able to affect the reality of his competence and integrity. The efforts of those who seek to sow confusion will only make him stronger and more stable, because the facts and the testimonies of his dedication and sincerity in his work will remain clear and clear to everyone, no matter how much these parties try to obscure the facts and distort them to influence public opinion.
Everyone should know that it is not in the interest of the Chief Justice to intervene in certain politically motivated cases, because his role is to preserve the independence of the judiciary and ensure its integrity, which requires avoiding involvement in cases with a political dimension. This can affect the impartiality of judicial decisions, and what is known is that the independence of the institution from political pressures strengthens the credibility of the judiciary and ensures that justice is obtained without being influenced by political considerations.
The Chief Justice has the right to request the assistance of all competent specialists from among his colleagues in the profession to manage the system of judicial work. He also has the right to refuse the renewal or appointment of any of the judges. a negative impact on the cohesion of the judicial institution, especially since the institution depends on teamwork and institutional efficiency more than on individuals, and the continuity of effective performance depends on the integration of efforts and joint cooperation between all elements of the institution, and it is not based on a single person.
Therefore, the judicial institution will remain in place and endure despite the changes of individuals, and its survival and continuity are linked to its institutional strength and established principles, and it is not run by individuals alone, and its strength lies in its system, flexibility and cohesion, which guarantees its continuity and superiority over time, regardless of the changes of individuals.
