The launch of a training course in Qadarf on administrative proceedings with federal participation to promote justice

This morning, the Judicial Qadarf Authority Hall began this morning, the training course on the administrative prosecution procedures in the theoretical and practical aspect, where it is organized by the National Department of Training of the Federal Judicial Authority in Coordination with Competence in the State and Legal Administration. The target session 36 State judges, advisers and lawyers, Mawlana al -tijani al -Obaid, Muhammad Qadi, the Federal Supreme Court and the director of the Federal Judicial Authority Department, examined the concept of administrative prosecution. And Mawlana Al -Tijani said that the judiciary had carried out this session in the state of the Nile, Kasla et al -Qadarf, and will continue to apply it in the state of Al -Jazeera and the rest of the States of Sudan in the coming days to reach administrative stability and not to disturb the public interest. Mawlana Breyer Omar Breyer, judge of the Supreme Court and head of the judiciary of Qadarf, explained that the course aims to push the judicial process and accelerate procedures until the justice is over. Expressing its thanks to the federal delegation which participates in the session and their adventure to express justice despite the critical circumstances that the State is going through.
