The Minister of Culture, Information and Communications confirms the importance of updating the structures of the ministry to monitor the pace of aspirations of the next step
The Minister of Culture, Information and Communications in the State of the Nile, Professor * Mustafa Muhammad Othman Al -harif * stressed the strategic importance of reviewing the organizational and functional structure of the ministry, stressing that this step is an inevitable necessity to follow the rhythm of the challenges of the scene in the country.
This came during his “presidency” a large meeting devoted to the discussion of the proposal for the new organizational and functional structure of the ministry. The meeting was followed by a committee to examine the employment structures led by Professor * Othman Eid *, the decision of the Committee and the Director General of Service Affairs in the State, in addition to the members of the Committee and the Departments of the Departments concerned by the Ministry.
The session experienced in -depth discussions which treated details of the proposed structure, because the participants heard precious and specific proposals presented by the directors of the departments in order to develop the current structure. The discussions focused on carrying out a complete examination of the existing organizational structure to determine the strengths and weaknesses, assess the description of the position and examine the existing functional structures, taking into account the current variables and developments to ensure “the complete alignment and the maximum efficiency of the proposed structure.
* The Minister of Culture and Information * assessed the efforts of the Employment Structural Review Committee and all the Departments of Departments and Participants, stressing that the main objective is to build a more flexible and effective structure, which actually contributes to cultural conscience and significant media.
* Al -Sharif added that the next step requires tireless work and double attention to the work environment and dedication to serve the questions of the country and the citizen, emphasizing the commitment of the ministry to progress in the implementation of the proposals which serve the public good and push the wheel of cultural and media work to wider horizons.
For his part, Professor * Othman EID * confirmed the committee’s decision, that the committee works hard for a complete examination of employment structures, in order to achieve the required efficiency and efficiency, in accordance with the vision of the Ministry of the next step. It should be noted that the work of this committee came in the implementation of the Ministry of Finance directives to form a committee to examine the employment structures in units and ministries and submit recommendations to the Minister of Finance in this regard.
