The Minister of Finance Sennar discusses the problems of delay in salary and the rights of employees
The Minister of Finance and the Economy of the State of Sennar, Dr. Mahjoub Ahmed, held an extended meeting with financial observers in ministries and localities, in the presence of the administrators of the departments specialized in the budget, finance, internal audit and the office of the account.
The meeting discussed the most important challenges faced by the process of preparing workers’ wage declarations and transferring them through various banking systems, as well as treating the arrears from previous years.
The Minister of Finance stressed that his ministry had published his directives to all units to join the preparation and display of declarations on their dates, pointing plans to reorganize the first chapter of all government units to specialize in the advantages of workers, as well as to reform the computerized wage system and resolve the deductions.
He also underlined the importance of providing appropriate liquidity and classifying wages according to the structures of the ministries, which contributes to the ease of examination and to ensure the flow of wages regularly.
For his part, the director of the budget, Dr. Abdel -Majid Abdel -Hakam, explained that the meeting had discussed all obstacles, stressing that the solution will be done by training and redistribution, offering his workers to delay wages because of the circumstances outside the will and promising his flow to his dates during the coming period.
