The Nile Governor inspects the sites of the industrial city projects in Umm al-Tayur and al-Hudi and checks the current arrangements and procedures for the creation and establishment of these cities.
Dr. Muhammad Al-Badawi Abdel-Majid Abu Qarun, Governor of Nile, highlighted the seriousness of the state government in creating and implementing industrial city projects in the state, during his inspection of the site of Umm Al-Tuyour. industrial city of the locality of Atbara and the industrial city of Al-Hudi, in the presence and participation of Professor Othman Amara, Minister of Investment, Industry, Mines, Tourism and Quarries of the State, and Professor Amira Ahmed Hassan, Minister of Finance and Economy. and manpower in the state, Engineer Samir Saeed, Minister of State Infrastructure, Mr. Osama Majzoub Babakir Al-Labib, Executive Director of Atbara Locality, Mr. Abu Bakr Muhammad Al-Amin, Executive Director of the Local Development Fund, Mr. Muhammad Ahmed Al-Hafyan, Director General of State Lands, Engineer Muhammad Al-Tijani, Director General of State Land Surveying and one of the state's top investment leaders.
The governor stressed the need to accelerate the treatment of all problems and obstacles and accelerate the provision of electricity and water services to these cities so that they become attractive for investments, as well as the creation of large information panels that clarify all the information and data relating to these cities and present them. The governor added that these towns, in addition to the proposed South Shendi town, represent a real addition to the state and national economy that will contribute to the localization of industry in Nile State. Especially in light of the great rush of companies, capital and business owners to invest in the state, he stressed that the visit, which took place with the participation of all parties concerned, confirms the interest of the State Government and the Ministry of Investment. in the creation of these cities, given that industry is the pillar of the economy, renaissance and development.
For his part, Mr. Othman Amara, Minister of Investment, Industry, Mines, Tourism and Quarries, confirmed that the visit of the Governor, accompanied by the ministers and authorities concerned, represents the real starting point for the launch of works in these cities. In order for these projects to see the light of day after many years, he indicated that the results of the visit will have a future impact, since there is an agreement with the State Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Construction Infrastructure of the State to speed them up. the provision of electricity and water services to these towns to complete the launch of the approved projects. Lack of access to electricity and water was a stumbling block to their creation. It was announced that any special issues would be resolved upon completion of registration and check-in procedures. the area specified for the creation of these cities and some lands that were cut off in the city of Al-Hudi in favor of the establishment of certain projects. He stressed that these cities are ready to invest and announced his warm welcome to all those who are serious and responsible. He expressed thanks and appreciation to the state government under the leadership of the governor. take an interest in the investment issue and make it a priority, considering that investment is the gateway to development, rebirth, development and growth.
