The Northern Governor speaks at the global forum on women's issues
The Governor of the Northern State, Mr. Abdeen Awadallah, spoke at the global forum on women's issues in war and peace, organized by the General Secretariat for Social Affairs.
He said his government places women at the forefront of its concerns because they represent the safety valve of life.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces congratulated Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, the officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the Armed Forces for their victories.
He stressed that his government will adopt without reservation all the recommendations that emerge from the forum and will include them on the agenda of the next council of ministers.
Abdeen appreciated the role of women's centers, civil society organizations, national organizations and United Nations organizations who stood with the people of the northern state and women in particular.
As part of the program activities accompanying the forum, the Governor of the North, Abdeen Awadallah, visited the Artdi Center for Women's Development and distributed certificates of completion to trainees in the field of poultry farming.
For her part, the Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Social Affairs, Ms. Manal Makkawi, affirmed the continuation of work and the provision of services to society in times of war and peace.
She also thanked all those who helped provide humanitarian assistance to the affected and displaced people.

Calling on women in difficulty to be patient in light of current circumstances
In the same context, the Executive Director of Dongola locality, Dr Makkawi Al-Khair, praised the woman for her fight in light of the circumstances the country is going through.
Highlighting the local desire to provide everything necessary for women to work
