The power of speech (1) – Paths – ✍️ Dr Naglaa Hussein Al-Makabrabi
In the midst of times, moments of fierce struggle that the Sudanese nation is experiencing, miserable thoughts come to me, and they press me deeply, especially since I received a response that triggered these thoughts in me from the director of one of the websites when I sent him my regular articles, and he told me on some occasions that this article was not compatible with his objectives. The site that aims to stand with the army and the war of dignity, and what I wrote is considered one. side note, based on my knowledge and confidence in the understanding of the director who took over. By an external site representing Sudan, I was amazed and surprised!!! The site has standards that I don't know about, including that what you write for us is not published to others!!!! This reminded me of a pressing question: Should we set standards for writing in an age when we need to communicate what we write to the world so that they know the facts and rally around our issues, or should we monopolize a particular website or newspaper? ??? How can you hire a writer if you don't pay them a dime??? How to limit one's position to a subject which is part of the challenges of the great nation and which has consequences in terms of development, stability, anticipation of the future and crystallization of a vision that the country needs?? ??
Thank you, Mr. Investigator, and you raise in me an important question, which is: What is the point of writing???? What is the value of these articles we fill the newspapers with?? Isn't it better than all this to be on the battlefields and in the war of dignity, fighting alongside the armed forces, the soldiers and the innocent? What is the point of sitting behind the desk and putting all our anger into words and spending our energy on something that does not destroy the heads of the oppressors and tyrants of the rebel and rapid support forces and those who have created???

All these moments disturb and torment us, and we find in ourselves nothing but to seek the power of the word in our writings and articles, and to speak the truth in our statements without fear or hesitation as to the number of our exposure to threats and hacking of our accounts.
Thank you, Mr. Investigator, for making us think and review what we have written against the homeland and what our fellow free fighters have written. We have found that what we write and what they write is not useless. It wakes up the sleepers, wakes up the sleepless. , leads popular movements towards the homeland, motivates rebels against injustice and sharpens their determination to defend the land of dignity, console the bereaved and pray for the martyrs. He seeks God with words, seeks truth in the corridors of darkness. , and move the world to Sudan And spend it deep

As do the free pens and free writers of my country. They do not go on stage to applaud and weakly wipe away their tears, but they are the heroes with their pens, their voices and their writing which knows no limits. to the impossible.
Excuse me, Mr. Investigator, but these are some of the strong words that many people need to know the importance of dialogues in defending values and morals. Every authentic Sudanese writer carries the card of inclusion to move towards the best without limits. or restrictions, even if his ink runs out, if his pen is destroyed, and if his breath is held.
🌹 Sincere appreciation and respect
