The President of the Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces congratulates the President of Mauritania on his re-election

The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, sent a congratulatory cable to His Excellency Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Cheikh Al-Ghazouani, on the occasion of his re-election for a second presidential term, wishing him success and that relations between the two countries continue to develop and prosper.
Al-Burhan said in his telegram: “On behalf of the Sudanese government and people, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to you on the occasion of your election and appointment as President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.”
Al-Burhan expressed his wishes for success and prosperity to His Excellency the President of Mauritania for his second term.
Al-Burhan said: “We look forward to working with you and continuing to strengthen and improve joint cooperation at all levels, and building on the eternal relations between the two countries.”
