The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General #Abdel Fattah_Al-Burhan, met today with the components of the West Kedfan community of Misseriya, Al-Ajayra, Nuba, Falayta, Dajo, and Dinka Nok, in the presence of the Director General of the General Intelligence Service, Lieutenant General Ahmed Ibrahim Mufaddal.
His Excellency received a document of commitment and charter from these components confirming their solid position towards the armed forces.
Al-Burhan said the Misseriya remained a vital component of the Sudanese army, indicating that many had to teach them martial arts, highlighting their national role in Sudan's independence.
Stressing that the Rizeigat and the Misseriya are among the main components which contributed to independence.
Al-Burhan said the rebellion led by the Rapid Support militia, which rebelled against the state and its institutions, came from one family's rivals, the Dagalo family. He said they mobilized thieves and criminals to loot and steal citizens' property. , stressing that this behavior does not resemble that of the Sudanese people. He added: “The rapid support for us ended and was dissolved by a decision of the Sudanese people explained that the Daglo family took advantage of it.” of the simplicity and ignorance of certain components to mobilize them and involve them in the fighting.
The head of the Sovereignty Council added: “Soon, God willing, we will meet in Al-Fula, Babanusa, El-Geneina, Nyala and the cities of Kordofan, Darfur and Al-Jazeera. »
For their part, the speakers at the meeting stressed that their coming to Port Sudan confirmed their position alongside the Sudanese people to confront and eliminate the rebels of the Rapid Support terrorist militia, stressing that looting and looting do not not part of their means. and morality, emphasizing that the Dagalo family introduced foreign customs into Sudanese society in general and into Darfur society in particular.
The speakers declared their unreserved support for the armed forces to eliminate this rebellion, emphasizing their involvement in the ranks of popular resistance to defeat the rebellion. They added: “We are not an incubator of rebellion and we will not be,” emphasizing their position with the legitimacy represented by the armed forces, highlighting the major violations committed by the Rapid Support Militia against the Sudanese people, noting their famine. citizens through the siege they are exercising against the population of Kordofan and saying that they will resist this criminal militia.
The speakers confirmed that the people of Kordofan have all agreed to stand alongside the armed forces in the battle for liberation and dignity, stressing that the rebel militias started the war against the components of Kordofan before April 15, and let everyone bear witness to it.
