The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council issues a constitutional decree appointing Mr. Abdullah Yahya Ahmed Hussein as a member of the Sovereignty Council

Today, the Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, issued a constitutional decree appointing Professor Abdullah Yahya Ahmed Hussein as a member of the Sovereignty Council, representing the Sudan Liberation Forces.
His Excellency instructed the General Secretariat of the Sovereignty Council and the competent state authorities to put the decree into force.
This constitutional decree is part of the commitment to implement the Juba-Sudan peace agreement.
