*Adopt the borders of the 56 regions with their capitals, similar to the approval of African borders after independence*

*The region forms its authority and administers its full authority within its borders*

*Sudanese regions constitute the center of the federal government in the capital of one of:-*
*Board of state*
*Ministry of Foreign Affairs*
*Department of Defense*
(5)
*Ministries – with the exception of the center of the federal government – constitute a special regional affair with the need for necessary coordination in individual areas*
(6)
*The percentage of money paid by the regions to the federal government is the same and fixed*
(7)
*Unit symbols are the same*
*Currency – the flag and its anthem – national sports teams – the state emblem – and others*
