The Red Sea Health Technical Committee for Health Emergencies visits the locality of Halayeb
The Technical Committee for Health Emergencies in the Red Sea reviewed the general health situation in the locality of Halayeb during its visit to the locality, led by the Director of the General Department of Emergencies and Epidemic Control, headed by Fatima Muhammad Othman, accompanied by representatives from the general departments of environmental health, therapeutic medicine, laboratories, supplies and health promotion.
The visit comes to check the progress of health services
The delegation visited Osif Hospital and during the tour visited a number of departments.
An expanded meeting was held in the presence of the representative of the executive director of the locality, Badr al-Din Najm al-Din, the health inspector of the locality, and a number of leaders from the health sector. The meeting discussed issues and problems. which hinder the workflow and implementation of sanitary procedures in vector control, water safety and food control to combat epidemic diseases.
The local health administration received laboratory examination materials for examining cholera, medical supplies of drugs and medical consumables from the emergency department, health awareness materials and survey forms on diseases.
The director of the General Directorate of Emergencies explained that the visit was aimed at assessing the general health conditions in the locality and filling the lack of work aids, medicines and medical supplies.
