⭕ Two years have passed since our moving trip, and during this time, we have taken with us many diverse experiences and feelings. Our exodus journey to Shendi Hasnaa, Nile State, a town that carries memories of childhood, turmoil after the devastation and destruction of the capital, Khartoum, was a journey full of challenges and changes. The experience of displacement was not limited to geography, but had profound effects on our personal identity. Moving to a new environment requires us to re-evaluate ourselves and our role in different societies.
⭕ As soon as we integrated ourselves into the Shindawi community and created a tangible reality in terms of product and content quality. The media shone, and balance was restored to Shindi, and his title and humanity shone and radiated, and the ranks advanced and became the first in Sudan, with a presence in multimedia, travel and media. space through expatriates who linked Khartoum media to Shendi locality.
⭕The city of Shendi took advantage of the floods and the media torrent and found its opportunity as a government and a society.
⭕And amid the hustle and bustle and coma of rosy dreams experienced by the city and its officials, an important and urgent question was missing: where do these expatriate media professionals live, how do they manage their lives? they drink and dress, and where do they live? From where, how and how can this be?
Civil servants did not think about how to live their lives.

We have witnessed the loss of identity linked to the homeland, while memories of the past surround us like a nightmare. This change constitutes a great psychological pressure, which pushes individuals to look for ways to strengthen their identity in new places. However, this conflict can lead to increased creativity, as individuals seek to express their experiences through art and media.
⭕Shendi, the town we grew up in, carries with it memories of innocent childhood and the pulse of a past life. Its streets witnessed our laughter and games, and each alley had a story that spoke of time immemorial. Over the years, these memories have become a source of inspiration for artists and writers, who seek to document their experiences through their works. These memories are the roots that connect us to our past, despite the surrounding changes.
⭕ When we return to Khartoum, the capital of life, we will face new challenges and endless opportunities. The city is full of life and activity and has given us the opportunity to explore new cultural and artistic horizons. However, with all these opportunities, we will face the challenges of adapting to a new life and a different society. Language, customs and social relations can become another scene, requiring great efforts of adaptation and integration.
⭕Even though we were in a dynamic city, we didn't feel like we belonged. The lack of a sense of belonging and people weighed heavily on us. We did not rediscover the familiarity that united us with the inhabitants of Shindi, the old town being characterized by its intimacy and warmth. The feeling of loss of belonging makes it difficult to adapt to the new life, creating a state of emotional extremism.
Characters transferred to new cities face cultural and social challenges that force them to adapt to new mores. People may have difficulty grasping the customs and traditions of the community, which weakens the sense of belonging. It is important to find internal communities that maintain cultural affiliations and promote communication.
⭕ The role of arts and media in shaping an individual's cultural identity cannot be overlooked. We released our feelings through writing and drawing, with words and music, so that these artistic forms became a platform for expressing our experiences. The arts of writing help document cultural and societal transformations and serve as a means of communicating with others. Through cultural and media activities, we reshape ourselves and bring our experience closer to others, which improves the ability to adapt to the changes we face.

Our travel journey has brought and revealed many things to us.
We found ourselves strangers in the city, suffering a crisis of estrangement and grief from family and friends, despite the overflow of love for people within us, which overflows countless times. Eventually our validity period expired and we were pushed out the front door.
