(11) Sudanese universities have announced the opening of its doors after the Blessed Eid Al -Adha, the practice of its activities, the stability and the continuation of the learning process from the interior of its headquarters in the state of Khartoum. ..
These universities included the Imdurman Islamic University, Bahri University, Mashreq University, Al -Ahda University, Sudan International University, National University, Nile University, Al -Madaen College, East Nile College, Imperial College and College of Medical Sciences.
This important step is the spirit in the plane of the reconstruction of Khartoum, after having purified it of the new Tatar impurity, and we urge the State to support and facilitate the procedures for the return of these universities, and even to exempt all the actions of their age of the national capital.
We all know the extent of the systematic ruin that our universities have been exposed in the implementation of the directives of mercenaries and the gauge, which God protected them, because we appreciate the strong decisions taken by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to control the Tsunami of the War of the Thousands of our fees of tuition.
However, the same errors should not be repeated against those who have had trouble in order to meet the requirements of their children’s continuation of branches of Sudanese universities abroad. The decision to close in this way will deprive thousands of students who have already started with these branches.
Consequently, we recommend graduates in the decision to close, so that families can reconcile the conditions for their return to their home in Khartoum without depriving them of finishing their classrooms which remain a few and to sit for the separate rehabilitation exams, then close these branches, ..
