The Secondary Certificate Examinations Technical Committee holds its first meeting with all of its members
Today in Port Sudan, the Secondary Certificate Examinations Technical Committee held its first meeting after the decision of its creation by the President of the Sovereignty Council, in the presence of all its members.
The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Committee, the Minister Plenipotentiary of the Ministry of Education, Dr. Ahmed Khalifa Al-Mansouri explained the arrangements and procedures that the ministry has put in place to facilitate the presentation of students for the exams of the secondary school certificate postponed to the year 2023 AD due to the militia war against the Sudanese state.
He stressed the importance of concerted official and grassroots efforts to enable examination-taking students to access examination centers, highlighting the ongoing work to make secondary school examinations a success.
The Minister Plenipotentiary appealed to all students and their families on the importance of encouraging their children to take the exams so that their future is not lost.
Professor Imad al-Din Abdel Qader, Director of Examination Administration and Rapporteur of the Commission, read out the decision to establish the Commission issued by Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, as it is headed by the Minister Plenipotentiary of the Ministry of Education and includes representatives of the General Intelligence and National Security Service, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Health and the Minister of Higher Education.
He also provided the meeting with an explanation of the practical steps taken by the exam administration to implement the stages of the Sudanese certificate work, indicating the completion of the implementation of the technical aspects in addition to the start of the practical steps of the initial check. stages, highlighting their announcement of teachers to apply for control.
The decision clarifies that one of the tasks of the Technical Committee is to follow the stages of implementation of the certification exams, in addition to following and implementing the decisions and directives of the Supreme Committee, headed by the Vice President of the Sovereignty Council, Malik Aqar.
