Judicial and police agencies, as well as a number of relevant organizations, where the workshop discussed the importance of forming the committee and identifying the employee responsible for monitoring the referral file and clarifying the members of the committee on the importance of coordination, of the referral process. and reporting on child protection, charting a road map for the path and agreeing specific procedures that govern the path.

Professor Aida Ali Al-Faki, Secretary of the Sennar State Child Protection Council, said that this committee issued a decision under the name of Technical Committee for the Referral and Reporting System, and that the first meeting had a limited mandate and tasks, and that this committee included health, social, legal and police aspects with the aim of achieving the best interests of the child through protection referral systems of childhood, which include cases of malnutrition, cold and hot illnesses in children. She appreciated the role of the committee through the great successes with the partners, highlighting a series of meetings to realize the interests of children, addressing them in all matters that require the intervention of the Council and other parties, except s It's about organizations. or social health agencies.

For his part, Alawiya Hamed Hasaballah, General Secretariat of the National Council for Child Protection, explained that the role of the media is essential to raise community awareness and alert families in order to guarantee the procedures for providing services to children at through official serial channels.
